Jean-Philippe Caude

 

Jean-Philippe Caude is a French executive. He started his career in 1968 with Procter and Gamble in Marketing. In 1974, joined Playtex as Marketing Director, first in France, then in Canada. Back in France, he became the Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division. In 1980 he joined Hachette Publishing (now Lagardère Active), managing the Media group new ventures.

In 1983 he entered the executive search market as vice president of Korn/Ferry,  in Paris. In 1986, co-founded Beigbeder-Caude. After an international growth, together with US and UK Partners, it became the Accord Group. He became a Managing Partner with Leaders Trust in 1997, with a major focus upon Consumer related and International search assignments.

In December 2008, he founded CAUDE Management.

 

Jean-Philippe Caude is a graduate from HEC/ Paris Business School and Paris University (Master of Economy).


He is a French Foreign Trade Advisor / Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France and an active member of the HEC Group (member of the Alumni Committee and the International Commission), as well an active participant to the Christian Executives Association/Entrepreneurs et Dirigeants Chrétiens.
